A huge well done to my client Natasha Jinkinson, since starting training just 4 months ago she has lost over two stone! The results are clearly showing and this picture illustrates what has been an incredible body transformation.
Natasha has been working exceptionally hard, making little changes each week to her diet and hitting the gym 4-5 times per week.
Together we have focused on achieving a sustainable weight loss, gradually losing weight with just 1-2lbs a week and concentrating on changing eating habits that can be maintained over time. 2 stone (28lbs) in 4 months is a great achievement and demonstrates a sensible way to lose excess weight.
In addition to the weight loss, Natasha is now fitter and stronger than before as we continue to work on building strength in the weights room.
Well done Natasha, you have done amazing!
