Is personal training right for me?

Personal training sessions are available on a one-to-one basis, or in small groups. It can take place at home, outdoors or within a Norwich based health club - whatever suits YOUR needs.

There are many reasons that people choose to use a personal trainer. Here are just some of the benefits to having somebody by your side and receiving regular coaching sessions:

Support - it can be very challenging to overcome certain obstacles and stay motivated when things get difficult.

Consistency - scheduling regular appointments means that you will stick to your programme and get the results that you want.

Individual instruction - taking the time to learn good techniques and the right selection of exercises will ensure that your workouts are safe and effective. With my guidance and feedback you will have the confidence that you are training correctly and know you are making progress.

It’s time efficient - these days we have so many things that take up our time, leaving little time for training. Working with myself will ensure you don't waste time with exercises and training methods that simply do not work for you.

You will train safely and avoid injury  - injuries can prevent you from training and doing the things that you enjoy. With my advice you can avoid unnecessary injuries and begin to rehab any existing ones. You can also have confidence in beginning your new programme if you have any pre existing medical conditions.

You will work harder and perform better - I will ensure that I bring out the very best in your ability, taking you out of your comfort zone and setting new (and exciting) goals.

You will learn new skills and enjoy your training - without learning new skills and varying your workouts it is easy to become unmotivated and bored. I will provide you with new workouts, challenging goals and introduce you to new training approaches helping to keep you on track every step of the way.

Personal Training is ultimately all about support, guidance and achieving results. Whether you are looking to lose weight, shape up or improve your athletic performance, I believe that with the experience and support that I can offer, you will make a difference and achieve success.

Following your initial physical assessment we will work together to design a training programme that is progressive, challenging and will get you the results you need!
