The programme consists of a series of six one-to-one consultations and covers all aspects of nutrition and weight management.

As part of your initial consultation package your first meeting will include an analysis of your calorie and nutrient intake and a full health assessment. Following this a suggested eating plan is designed and reviewed weekly.
