Is martial arts right for you?

For adults and children alike, martial arts offers a range of benefits. It increases stamina, strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination, whilst helping to improve self confidence. Martial Arts are also very rich in Eastern traditions and philosophy and as a result combines mind and body training.

Taekwondo

This programme is aimed at those wishing to develop in the art of Taekwondo and work through a grading syllabus.

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and also an olympic sport. Loosely translated it means "the art of kicking and punching,” although the program offered here includes much more - combining martial arts techniques, defence, sparring, and sport.

Taekwondo is available on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. There are currently 3 scheduled classes available for juniors each week.

Monday:

Little Dragons Taekwondo (ages 4-6) 16.00-16.30 @ Bannatynes Health Club, Norwich (East);

Junior Taekwondo (ages 6-14) 16.30-17.30 @ Bannatynes Health Club, Norwich (East).

Thursday:

Junior Taekwondo (ages 6-14) 16.30-17.30 @ Bannatynes Health Club, Norwich (East).

One-to-one training for adults is also available by appointment only.

 

Junior Taekwondo Classes

Classes are currently based at a private members club. Those who are already members will have access to these classes as part of their gym membership. Those looking to participate without a membership will need to purchase a guest pass. Please contact me for further details.
