Is group fitness right for me?

Group fitness classes are an excellent way to stay motivated, be inspired and meet new people. The group atmosphere provides a great environment which isn't easy to recreate with only you and your headphones!

Fitness Kickboxing

This programme is the ultimate martial arts based workout using kicks, punches, body weight exercises and resistance training. Here you will learn techniques from a variety of disciplines as you strike, punch, and kick your way to improved cardiovascular fitness. This complete body workout is ideal for those looking to improve fitness, lose weight or simply looking for a fun and varied way to work out. It involves 40 mins of intensive pad/bag work using simple combinations, followed by 20 mins of resistance training and flexibility exercises. It is suitable for all abilities and no martial arts experience is necessary.

Classes are currently based at a private members club. Those who are already members will have access to this class as part of their gym membership. Those looking to participate without a membership will need to purchase a guest pass. Please contact me for further details.
